I am Rajashekhar Boggavarapu, a dedicated Quality Management Professional and Ph.D. Research Scholar with over a decade of diverse experience spanning the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and education sectors.

Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biotechnology from Nirwan University, Jaipur, with an interdisciplinary research focus on Quality Management Systems (QMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Regulatory Compliance, and Continuous Improvement Strategies across the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Food, Ayurveda and Cosmetic industries.

My research aims to explore the integration of modern quality management principles with biotechnology-driven industries to enhance product quality, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, data integrity, and consumer safety. The study emphasizes the harmonization of global quality standards, risk-based approaches, innovation, and sustainable quality culture for future-ready organizations.

The objective of this interdisciplinary research is to develop practical frameworks and innovative approaches that strengthen quality culture, improve compliance effectiveness, and contribute to safer, higher-quality products for society.

Over the years, I have developed extensive expertise in Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance. My work has contributed to strengthening organizational compliance with global regulatory requirements.

Beyond industry, I have served as an educator and mentor, inspiring students through science education and academic guidance. This unique combination of industrial expertise and teaching experience enables me to communicate complex quality concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

My professional mission is to build robust quality systems that ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and consumer confidence. Through my research, training initiatives, and quality leadership, I aim to contribute to the advancement of healthcare and scientific innovation while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

A. Research Project on Fluorosis:

Title: Identification of Fluoride Effects on Biological Systems Using Novel Instrumentation and Assays

Aim and Significance: The project was designed to investigate the chronic effects of fluorosis, particularly in fluoride-affected regions such as Nalgonda District, Telangana, India, with the broader objective of contributing to global fluorosis research and prevention strategies.

Research Objectives:

  • To study the biological impact of fluoride exposure on living systems.
  • To investigate the potential hereditary effects of fluorosis across generations in both animals and plants.
  • To explore molecular and biochemical mechanisms associated with fluoride toxicity.
  • To contribute towards the development of sustainable and long-term solutions for reducing the burden of fluorosis in future generations.

B. Academic Research Project

Title: Cloning, Expression and Purification of Human Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) and Its Application in Wound Healing

Project Description: Conducted under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Giri, CEO & President of Genomix Biotech Laboratories and Professor of Medicinal Biochemistry. The project focused on recombinant production of Human Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) and evaluating its potential applications in wound healing and regenerative medicine.
