I am Mr.Rajashekar Boggavarapu working in Quality management at Maithri Drugs Pvt.Ltd (Formerly a MSN Group of companies). As a Biotechnology graduate, I have experience in research, teaching administration and quality management. I have completed my post-graduation from Telangana university in the field of biotechnology and is followed by Post graduation diploma in chemical analysis and quality management from the University of Hyderabad. I had graduation from Priyadarshini Degree and P.G College, intermediate from Jaya Bharathi jr college, Secondary school certificate from ZPHS. I am enthusiastic in the science and quality management systems. Hence, I am trying to concentrate my time and share the same exposures to a society where it can be very essential. Nowadays quality is an essential factor in every field. Hence, to serve good quality products to consumers there is needs to improve the quality systems by inline with the regulatory agencies or organisation I have decided to penetrate into this area as much I can acquire that much I will try.

Present Position:

• Working as a Quality Management Professional at Maithri Drugs Pvt,Ltd (Formerly a MSN Group Of Companies), Hyderabad from May, 2016 to till the date.

Other Experiences

1. Experienced as a school In-Charge cum Science teacher in Ideal High School, Mellachervu for last three years. (From 2013 to 2016).
2. As a Biological science Teacher at Krushi Vidyalayam, Mellachervu for 7 months. (2012-13).
   
3. As a Biological science Teacher at Vani High School, Dichpally, Nizamabad for 1 year (Part time) (2011-12).
   
4. Few months experienced in R&D, QC and Production departments at Genomix Biotech pvt.Ltd (inc USA) during the time of project work.(In the year of 2011 for 2 months).
   
5. Experienced as a Assistant Lecturer of Biotechnology Department at Priyadarshini Degree & P.G.College, Khammam.(From 2009 to 2010 for 1 year).

• Research project:
• Title of the project: 
• "Identification of fluoride on bio systems using novel instrumentations and assay"•
• Aim and Importance of the project:
• To eradicate the chronic effect of fluoresis in Nalgonda dist, Telangana State, India as well as throughout world where ever problem is predicting.
• No any project has been published in the molecular level globally. 
• Theme of the project:
• To know the contagiousness of fluoresis from parents to off springs both in animals and plants. (Hereditary Disorders).
• To know how to generate a permanent solution to eradicate the fluoresis of future generations.
• Academic project work:
  
• A project on " EGF" entitled by "Cloning, expression and purification of Human Epidermal Growth factor and its application for wound healing" under the supervision of Prof.Dr.Giri, CEO & President of M/s Genomixbiotech laboratory and Professor in Medicinal Biochemistry at NTR Health Sciences University.

•  NMR Spectroscopy, EPR/ESR (Electronic Spin Resonance Spectroscopy), SC-XRD (X-ray crystallography), UV-visible spectroscopy, HPLC (High performance liquid chromatography), LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy), IR-Spectroscopy, Fluorescence Spectroscopy.

• Achievements:
• • Within the short span of time achieved as executive with several important responsibilities as well experienced in the pharma field. (Just with in the one year experience).
• • Within a one year of my school experience, I got the chance to lead the institution, i.e., school in charge.
• • One of my great achievements is, worked as assistant lecturer at same college, where I studied (at Priyadarshini degree and P.G. College, Khammam).
• • We were the classmates of degree at Priyadarshini Degree College, Khammam conducted a district level science expo which is entitled by "Science and Spice" alone.
• • Actively participated and Trained by Lead-India2020 programs.
• • Received best compliments from vice-chancellor of the Telangana university
• • Got 2 nd prize at university level skit competition (Kakatiya Univerity).

• • Got 246 th rank in four universities combined PG entrance examination.
