I am Rajashekhar Boggavarapu, a passionate and results-driven expert in Quality Management Systems (QMS) with an interdisciplinary focus on the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, and cosmetic industries. I specialize in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, research & development, and continuous improvement, helping organizations optimize their quality systems and maintain global regulatory compliance.
I am currently pursuing my PhD in Quality Management Systems (QMS) from Nirwan University, Jaipur, where my research explores interdisciplinary applications of QMS in various industries, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

In my professional career, I have managed market complaints, conducted audits, implemented change control processes, and supported regulatory affairs in DMF submissions. I have led training programs, mentored teams, and designed SOPs, ensuring compliance with global standards such as cGMP, cGLP, and GDP.
Currently, I focus on optimizing quality systems and ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance across diverse sectors. I am dedicated to applying the latest quality management principles to promote a healthier tomorrow.
With certifications in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Carcinogenicity Risk Assessment, my mission is to help organizations maintain compliance, improve efficiency, and support continuous growth.
My goal is to share my knowledge and experience to benefit society, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I am eager to collaborate with like-minded professionals and organizations to drive quality improvements and ensure that consumers receive the best possible products.

Current Position:
Working as a Quality Management Professional at Maithri Drugs Pvt,Ltd (Formerly a MSN Group Of Companies), Hyderabad from May, 2016 to till the date.

- Experienced as a school In-Charge cum Science teacher in Ideal High School, Mellachervu for last three years. (From 2013 to 2016).
- As a Biological science Teacher at Krushi Vidyalayam, Mellachervu for 7 months. (2012-13).
- As a Biological science Teacher at Vani High School, Dichpally, Nizamabad for 1 year (Part time) (2011-12).

- Aim and Importance of the project:
- To eradicate the chronic effect of fluoresis in Nalgonda dist, Telangana State, India as well as throughout world where ever problem is predicting.
- No any project has been published in the molecular level globally.
- Theme of the project:
- To know the contagiousness of fluoresis from parents to off springs both in animals and plants. (Hereditary Disorders).
- To know how to generate a permanent solution to eradicate the fluoresis of future generations.
- A project on " EGF" entitled by "Cloning, expression and purification of Human Epidermal Growth factor and its application for wound healing" under the supervision of Prof.Dr.Giri, CEO & President of M/s Genomixbiotech laboratory and Professor in Medicinal Biochemistry at NTR Health Sciences University.
